Inspired by the classic frozen drink invented in Tocumbo, Michoacán, Mexico in the early 1990s by Antonio de le Torre, who owned a small business that sold ice cream and popsicles. Our version is a fresh Mango & Lime Cheesecake with Spiced Rum, Mango Curd, Chamoy Swirl, and topped with Whipped Cream Fresh Mango, and Lime Zest. It’s a fiesta in the mouth!
